Yellow Apartment: up to 4 people sharing:

Daily rate €80 - €110 (min 3 nights stay)

Weekly rate €490 - €650

Greentrees Cottage: 2 bedrooms, 5 people:

Daily rate €125 (min 3 nts stay), Weekly rate €770

Extra bed € 15/day

 

The price includes: expenses, bed linen changed weekly, bathroom towels changed once a week, final cleaning, use of all facilities at Villa Rosa (gardens, BBQ..), lots of local information and Wireless Internet.

Breakfast is not included, we will be happy to provide a delicious continental buffet breakfast for €6 per adult, children 0-5 free, 5-10 €3,

Continental Breakfast: We provide a varied buffet breakfast which includes fresh coffee, different types of tea, cereal and muesli, fresh milk, bread and croissants, yoghurt, fruit & homemade jams. If you have dietary requirements please let us know in advance.

Extra : laundry service €10/5kg, extra cleaning € 10/h.

Booking:
A 30% deposit (min €50) is required to confirm your booking, this can be paid via:
- Bank Transfer in Euros or Pound Sterling, Online via PayPal (credit card charges apply) or via our online booking system.

Deposits are non refundable unless the cancelled booking is replaced by another booking for the same accommodation.

Times:
This is a private house so we kindly ask you to respect the following times:
- Breakfast 08:00-10:00
- check in: 3:30- 8:00pm
- check out: 10:30 am

Check in after 8pm must be previously agreed and may be subject to a charge.

Free pick up/drop off at arrival/departure from Feltre train station (please agree this before arrival), there is a taxi service available at the station for people without a car.

Pets: we accept only small size dogs free of charge.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
